How do I receive my voucher?
In the booking process, there is a drop down menu with the following 2 options:
1. Email - Print from Home
Print your voucher from home and bring it with you. This voucher must be redeemed at your tour/activity.
2. Email - Show on Electronic Device
You must show your voucher on your electronic device at your tour/activity.
This choice MUST be made during the booking process. We will email a link to your voucher at the email address you provide.
When do I receive my voucher?
For all bookings made during business hours you will receive your confirmation same day. If booked after business hours, you will receive your email the following day.
What are your cancellation policies?
You must cancel 48 hours or more before the actual event. Group bookings (20 or more) must provide 7 days advance notice. You will receive a refund minus 6% in processing fees. There is no refund for any activity that includes airfare.
If we are unable to confirm your reservation you will receive a 100% refund.
There is no refund if you do not show up (no-show) for your activity. With most activities, you may reschedule an activity with no service charge (based on availability) if you give us 48 hours notice.
Where are pick ups?
Every vendor/activity is different. In the booking process, please indicate what hotel you will be staying at and we will schedule the closest pick up location to your hotel.
What if the vendor cancels due to rain?
If the vendor cancels you will have the option to reschedule or a full 100% refund.
